PROJECT
Sadaf Mushroom
Sadaf Mushroom is a state-of-the-art mushroom production facility in the Middle East, designed and built entirely by Parsspawn. With 16 growing rooms each measuring 530 m², the facility achieves a total production area of 8,480 m² — one of the largest single-site mushroom farms in the region.
Parsspawn handled every aspect of the project, from initial site planning and architectural design through to machinery procurement, system integration and final commissioning. Our end-to-end approach ensured tight coordination between the building envelope, climate systems and growing equipment, resulting in a facility that is both highly efficient and built to last.
The climate control system maintains optimal conditions throughout all 15 growing phases, with fully automated air, temperature, humidity and CO₂ management in every room. The complete machinery package — from filling and emptying winches to automatic irrigation and the ruffling machine — was selected and installed to maximise yield per cycle while minimising labour requirements.
